My week in art.
Project 365 2012: 01.22.12 Splatter Hair--I love my paint. I let this one create itself. I had no idea what the splatters were going to turn in to.
Project 365 2012: 01.23.12 Stars, moon, sun--I was doodling (like I do 90% of the time I'm sitting), and drew a moon. I realized how I have been lacking in the creation of moons in my artwork. I decided to change that.
Project 365 2012: 01.24.12 The Pres--I was watching the State of the Union, and I realized what distinct facial expressions Barack Obama has. He's a cool guy.
Project 365 2012: 01.25.12 And then she remembered--I had a headache. I felt like my brain was going to fall out.
Project 365 2012: 01.26.12 Key--I watched Forward Theater Company's 1,000 Words and was inspired about what words can do. The story is about a fantastic photographer, Walker Evans whom I am so inspired by.
This week has been crazy! As I was putting my 365 images together, I was having trouble remembering what I did everyday. Twas a very fun week.
Project 365 2012: 01.17.12 Eagle Eye
Project 365 2012: 01.18.12 Whoooo--My monkey sister, Elly performs on a German Wheel. She's so cool!
Project 365 2012: 01.19.12 Board-Meeting--I get to testify at the Dane County Board Meeting!
Have a fantastic weekend!
Here is what I’ve been up to this week…
Project 365 2012: 01.08.12 Hug your friends--I took this after a wonderful day of youth government with amazing people who I don't get to hug very often.
Project 365 2012: 01.09.12 Doodle--I nearly forgot my art on this crazy day. Luckily I'm always doodling.
Project 365 2012: 01.10.11 Why not?--I like to be unexpected. I decided to volunteer for a local theatre company today. I think it's the beginning of a wonderfully spontaneous experience.
Project 365 2012: 01.11.12 Earnest Poster--I finished the poster for my next production with the new company, 608 Productions. I got the posters printed and I'm very happy with them. COME TO THE SHOW!
Project 365 2012: 01.12.12 Spooky Snow--The snow finally started falling in the midwest today after a spring-like January. I really like the color of the sky and the orange from the light reflecting on the falling snow.

The bond between this mother and daughter brown capuchin monkey team was amazing to watch deep in the middle of Monkey Island outside of Puerto Maldonado, Peru. This photograph is dedicated to my amazing mom who has been so dedicated, loving, caring, guiding, helpful and over all, a fantastic friend. Today is her birthday. I love you, Mom!!

My sister is a brilliant cake-ball maker. I’m the official photographer for her new business. Lucky me!! I made my own “light box” with a sheet and had fun playing around until I got the balance I wanted. Enjoy!
